Will this work for my first-generation Tacoma?
It is Toyota’s 2000 model-year manual, so 1998-2000 trucks are an exact match. Owners of 1996-1997 and 2001-2004 Tacomas can use the engine, gearbox and chassis procedures, though some body and electrical details changed.

My truck has the V6. Is it in here?
Yes. The 3.4L 5VZ-FE V6 is covered alongside the 2.4L and 2.7L four-cylinders, and the four-cylinders also get their own engine overhaul manual.
